Sometimes when patients submit their forms, we might see this error on the sync command "No valid directory found to save forms". Example above.
This means that the NexHealthSync service is not running with the correct level of admin permissions on the client's server. We need to get server access and make some adjustments to resolve the issue.
Here are the steps to do this:
The service needs to be run on admin credentials
Remote onto the client's server where NexHealth is running.
Go to Services > double click NexHealthSync (or right click > Properties)
Click LogOn
Enter the Network Admin credentials (These are the login that the IT use)
We do not want to use a local admin as they may not have access to the network share, network admin is the best option.
Click Apply, then restart the service
If you get an error that the service cannot be started due to a login issue, that means the credentials entered in step 4 aren't correctly. Make sure to re-enter the correct ones.
Once we can get the service restarted with the admin credentials, resync a failed form sync command to test that it’s working now.
